Staying Compliant with Nevada State Bill 305 (NEST)
As of July 1, 2025, business owners with more than five employees and who have been in business for more than 3 years are required to provide a retirement plan option to their employees or enroll in Nevada Employee Trust Savings Program (NEST).
In order to avoid the penalties for not meeting this requirement, setting up a meeting with our team to discuss the options for your business can help!
